oh yeah, thats the result for the upcoming 2010 NS, oh shi. OK, nuff about that, i hate it <_<

Oh well, yesterday my pendrive arrive, its apacer 8gb, ordered 2 for my sister its cost RM60 each. Its a high speed transfer type btw.

See see, Well, its not something that worth to show anyway =/ Well, wut else? Oh yeah, last monday, I have a Pizza day. Yeah, me making pizza for my family, isn’t that sweet?

Oh yeah, since Ive taking the pict last monday, so im going to make a recipe or guidelines to make a normal pizza

Ok, first things first, You need these ingredients.

For Bread

Flour, Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Butter, Water.

For Topping

Chili Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Tomato, Cheese, Sausage, Meat or chicken, Green Pepper.

Ok, The ‘HOW TO DO IT’

First, you mix with Yeast and water, Wait till it bubble up.

Once its bubble up, mix the flour with butter, add a bit of salt and sugar.

After that, just put the yeast into the flour, and mix its all together.

Mix it up until its not sticky. You will noticed the mixture will not stick to your hand, and thats sign thats its finish.

Let it rest, better cover it with cloth or anything, until its expand 2 times its size.

Next is just ready for topping. Mix the sauce all together, cut all the ingredient into small pieces.

So, thats a bit of its tooping. OK, first up, cut the flour mixture into several ball shape, then put it onto the plate where you will be cooking them, expand it to make its look like a pizza, just make sure you didn’t make it too thick.

First topping is the sauce, spread it around, then the chopped meat, after that tomato, sausage and the green pepper. After that, cheese all the way~

So, just put it into the oven, about 160 degree celcius, around 30 minute. After its cooked, TADA!

Yum Yum. Careful, its hot! Ok, thats just about it, after that just cut it and eat it!
